MaterialCitation accepted as a new TDWG Darwin Core standard

On August 25, the new term request by Plazi for a new term for “a reference to or citation of one, a part of, or multiple specimens in scholarly publications” went through the public review process and resulted in the ratified term and in the Quick Reference Guide.

The original term name materialCitation has been changed to follow Darwin Core convention of using upper camel case for Class names.
